1.3.1 – On boarding a new member

  1. Decide Initials
  2. Create Folder in Shared Dirve: Admin / HR / [Initials – Name]
  3. Create User in Google Admin (need full name, current email, contact phone number)
    • Add new user to relevant groups.
    • All to Production@arcanary.com
    • EU@arcanary.com or AU@arcanary.com
    • if a manager then to BD@arcanary.com
  4. Create account in app.arcanary.com/office-manager
  5. Send welcome email

New member email. Copy text, CRTL+Shift+V in gmail; add both personal and arcanary email in the To:

Hello [NAME]

Welcome to Arcanary.

Your initials are: [INITIALS], everyone use some initials to name files / folders… you’ll see.

Your email is: [EMAIL],  please use this email to access folders, app, chrome… as it is the one that gives you secured access to the company environment.

We have created a personal folder only shared with you for your personal stuff such as Portfolio, CV, incidents, payslips… this is the link below

This folder is also accessible from your profile page in the company app.
