4.4.1 – SK – Schematic Design

The SK subset contains presentation drawings that simplify and illustrate design intent for clients, stakeholders, and marketing. Unlike contractual documents, SK drawings prioritize clarity and visual communication, often using colors, diagrams, or render-style graphics. They are a flexible tool to convey the project vision beyond the technical audience.
