Work process checklist:

  • uncheckedSet Interior Model – Create a separate file with the Main Model and Structural Model Linked – Model Name should follow the following logic:

Project Code – Stage – Model – Version – Last User –

f.e: 117.OSL.R – C – Interior Model – 01 – RSB. The model in the beginning should not have any 3D Elements inside. We usually copy the main model as a separate file with a unique name and delete all 3D elements within the newly generated model.

  • uncheckedSet Sheets – Create all sheets following the Interior Set Transmittal
  • uncheckedCreate all specific area Plans at 1:25 + Place them on the corresponding sheet
  • uncheckedCreate all specific area Internal Elevations at 1:25 + Place them on the corresponding sheet
  • uncheckedPlace and organize all views on the corresponding sheet – The naming convention of the views on the sheets is different for the plan views and the elevation views. In cases where we have a multistorey single-family house we should always begin the name with the level of the room, f.e:

L0 – KITCHEN – FLOOR PLAN @ 1200.

Where all elevations will only be displayed with a single letter, f.e: A,B,C etc. On one sheet there shouldn’t be repetitive letters that refer to an elevation view.

  • uncheckedPlace and draft all joineries, fixtures, and equipment
  • uncheckedAdd annotation on plans and elevations – That would include tagging with keynotes for any products, tagging materials, and adding explanatory notes like adj(adjustable shelving), fx(fixed panel), pc(a push-catch mechanism) etc.
  • uncheckedAdd dimensions
  • unchecked    Add color and texture to elevations and plans – This stage is to be discussed with the project manager and to be applied upon further instructions and strategizing
