Payslips are for those team members who are not "employees" and hence do not have a contract. It is common in the industry to work as a contractor with a rolling arrangement. We define thoese team members as "Internal Contractors" need to issue a "payslips""

Internal Contractors

Payslips are for those team members who are not “employees” and hence do not have a contract. It is common in the industry to work as a contractor with a rolling arrangement. We define thoese team members as “Internal Contractors” need to issue a “payslips””

Internal contractors need to issue a payslip from the APP, from the profile are see below.

The period can be

  • Monthly: 2408 – MGP (Month of August by Marcos G Puga)
  • Forthinghly: 2408.2 – MGP (Second fortnight by Marcos G Puga)
  • or Specific Period: 240826-240903 – MGP (from 26th Aug 24 to 3rd Sept 24 by Marcos G Puga)

the payslip must be sent by email only adding one PDF (the printed payslip) per email. The subject must be same as the payslip title (2508 – MGP)

Employees

Payments to employees are with a direct bank transfer (office batch payments), deducting taxes as benefits as dictated by the local laws that apply to each individual
