Arcanary is an umbrella organization with multiple brands, each focusing on different market segments while sharing the same people, processes, and operational standards.
Our Brands:
- Arcanary: Architecture, interiors, and consulting services (B2B & B2C).
- ArchiSquad: Business-to-business consulting services.
- DomDux (Developing): B2C information management services.
- Localique (Developing): Property development services.
Note: Different legal entities operate these brands depending on the jurisdiction, but the teams remain the same.
Organizational Structure
Offices:
- Represent the physical presence of Arcanary in specific locations.
- Can operate under a shared legal entity or as independent companies.
- Projects and clients belong to the office that secures them.
- Members are originally assigned to an office, including the Office Manager.
Collaboration between offices is encouraged to maximize resource sharing and expertise.
Office Manager Role:
- Oversees daily operations of their assigned office.
- Manages physical resources (supplies, maintenance) and digital assets (software licenses).
- Coordinates project assignments and ensures smooth communication.
Arcanary Roles
Officer Manager
Role Purpose
The Office Manager (OM) is responsible for leading and coordinating the operations of a specific Arcanary office. The OM ensures smooth daily functioning, oversees resource allocation, supports project delivery, and drives both business and internal development. Acting as the representative of the office, the OM is accountable for performance, growth, and alignment with Arcanary’s global standards and strategic direction.
Key Responsibilities
1. Office Leadership & Operations
- Manage the daily running of the office.
- Allocate and balance resources across projects.
- Supervise compliance with the Arcanary Production System (APS), ISO standards, and internal guidelines.
- Represent the office in global coordination and team meetings.
2. Project Oversight
- Maintain visibility on all projects belonging to the office.
- Support Project Managers in achieving deadlines, quality standards, and profitability.
- Monitor project performance with support from the Global Administrator.
3. Business Development (BD)
- Lead business development for the office.
- Network locally to generate leads and secure new Architecture and Interior projects.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Promote the Arcanary brand within the local market.
4. Internal Development
- Drive improvements in workflows, processes, and training within the office.
- Ensure adoption of knowledge base practices and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the Global Manager to implement standards consistently across all offices.
5. Financial & Administrative Oversight
- Collaborate with the Global Administrator on invoicing, profitability tracking, and draft quotes.
- Maintain accountability for the office’s financial performance and transparency of reporting.
Authority & Accountability
- Decision-making authority over office operations and staff allocation.
- Shared authority with the Global Administrator on financial and contractual matters.
- Accountability for office performance, growth, and client satisfaction.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Profitability of projects in the office portfolio.
- Number and value of new projects acquired.
- Client satisfaction and repeat work.
- Team retention, performance, and development.
Hours & Workload
- Standard working hours as per office arrangements.
- Approx. 2 hours daily dedicated to business development and networking.
- Remaining time dedicated to office leadership, oversight, and support of project delivery.
Remuneration & Incentives
- Project Acquisition Incentive: 50% of the net profit from the Preliminary Stage of any project acquired.
- Paid in two parts:
- 50% of deposit share of profit upon client deposit (≈10–15%).
- Remaining balance at completion of Preliminary Stage, after costs are calculated.
- Paid in two parts:
- Equity Participation Scheme: All members are entitled to equity shares in Arcanary’s development projects, weighted by longevity and seniority.
- Base salary: according to employment contract and seniority.
Liability
- Same as all members of Arcanary: duty to act in good faith, with due diligence, and in the best interests of the company.
- Liability increases only if progressing to Partner/Equity Holder status.
